All proposals received on April 20, 2012 for the requested professional engineering services associated with the Bubbling Springs Lower Pond Dam have been REJECTED.  The Scope of Services in the RFP have been REVISED.  The Township of West Milford is soliciting proposals from Professional Engineering Consultants, licensed in the State of New Jersey with experience in the design and construction of dams for the preparation of a Regular Inspection Report, all services associated with the Design and Implementation of required repairs and the preparation of an Operation and Maintenance Manual.
