Passaic County is holding the household hazardous waste day on 6/10/06 from 7:30 am until 2:00 pm (rain or shine).  The event will be held at the WM Recycling Center on Lycosky Drive off of Marshall Hill Road.  Hazardous materials such as pesticides, solvents, thinners, pool chemicals, propane tanks, etc. will be accepted.  For further information, call the Passaic County hotline at 973-881-4506 (the Office of Natural Resource Programs).  This program is available free of charge to Passaic County residents only.
