The 2004 tax bills are being mailed and should be delivered to you by September 13, 2004.  These bills are for the third and fourth tax quarters of  2004 and the first and second tax quarters of  2005.  This office issued estimated tax bills in June of  2004 with the due date being August 1, 2004.  The bill you just received has a stub for the third tax quarter.  If the tax has been paid, a credit amount will appear in the adjustment box on the third quarter stub.  Kindly tear off  that stub and discard.  The next tax quarter will be due on November 1, 2004.  If your mortgage company remits your quarterly payments, a bill has been issued to them with an advice copy of that bill being sent to you for your information.  If you request a receipt when mailing your payments, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope and a receipt will be sent to you.  The office is open for collections from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and the first Wednesday of each tax quarter until 6:30 pm. for your convenience.
