The Added and Omitted Assessment Tax Bills are being mailed today.  If you have a mortgage bank that pays your taxes, a bill was sent to them as well as to you.  Please check with your lender to see if they will pay your assessment from your escrow account, as some banks and lenders do not remit payments for added assessments.  The due date is November 1, 2003 payable through November 10, 2003.  If you have any questions regarding the amount of your bill, please contact this office.  If you have any questions regarding the assessment and the time period of the bill, please call the Tax Assessor's Office.  Both offices are open daily from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
